Our April Guest Designer!

Guess what? I think Spring is finally arriving here in Nova Scotia. We are seeing geese and mallard ducks flying in, green grass is peeking through, and we're getting loads of sunshine! Wanna help us celebrate?

Jenifer sent along some bio information so that we can learn a little about her. Thanks Jenifer! 

Bio~  "My name is Jenifer Cowles and I live in a small town in Idaho.  I work in the IT Department for a small city by day and Scrap and Sew after the kiddos go to sleep by night.  I have 3 cutie pies who give me tons to scrap about ages 13-7.  I have been doing some sort of crafting my entire life and my day just doesn't feel complete without making something.  I love a challenge and can make just about anything."

First off is an amazing Christmas canvas!

Jenifer says: "This project was one of my first mixed media pieces. I had so much fun getting messy and it was totally out of my comfort zone, which I think we need sometimes."

Jenifer says that she loves how this came together. She also reports that it makes her "smile" every time she goes to use it. :)
