Sketch #23-12

Well, hello there!! ;) So happy to see you again!
Here we are, already time for a new fun, free weekly Sketch!
This 12x12" layout sketch  was created with some of my summer 2011 pictures in mind. It features a horizontal embellishment, "bracketed"  journaling and a set of 3 photos in varying sizes. The sketch shows the photos matted, but you can do your LO with or without mats. Remember, scrapbook sketches are just a "jumping off" point! Use them to create something you love that reflects YOU and YOUR tastes.
Wait 'til you see what the Team did with this one ... Hope you enjoy the creations as much as I did!

Journaling:  Bryan and Daniel, summer 2011, Upper Clements Park.
The Tree Topper Roller Coaster is Atlantic Canada's largest roller coaster & the only wooden one. The track is 323 metres long (1,050 ft) and reaches speeds of 75 km/h. It can hold 20 people. The roller coaster was built in Dallas and it was themed to represent an old iron mine, similar to the one that used to be in Clementsport.
Ali's notes: "For this LO, I rotated the sketch 1/4 turn counter-clockwise."
Thanks to the S: CY Design Team for their awesome and varied interpretations of Sketch #23-12 this week. Creating the Blog post this week has been an interesting creative exercise. I was lucky to see "firsthand" how everyone interpreted the same sketch in such a wide variety of ways!
